AN ACT concerning gaming.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Video Gaming Act is amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:
(230 ILCS 40/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the
Video Gaming Act. Any references in this Article to "this Act"
mean this Article.
