Repeals provisions that permit the children of employees of an Illinois college or university who have been employed by any one or by more than one Illinois college or university for an aggregate period of at least 7 years to receive a 50% tuition waiver. Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

repealing Section 7f.

Act is amended by repealing Section 8f.

repealing Section 5-90.

Section 20. The Eastern Illinois University Law is amended
by repealing Section 10-90.

by repealing Section 15-90.
