| 1 | AN ACT concerning civil law.
| |||||||||||||||||||
| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| |||||||||||||||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| |||||||||||||||||||
| 4 | Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by | |||||||||||||||||||
| 5 | changing Section 8-2105 as follows:

| 6 | (735 ILCS 5/8-2105) (from Ch. 110, par. 8-2105)

| 7 | Sec. 8-2105. Improper disclosure. The disclosure of any any | |||||||||||||||||||
| 8 | information, records, reports,
statements, notes, memoranda or | |||||||||||||||||||
| 9 | other data obtained in any such medical
study except that | |||||||||||||||||||
| 10 | necessary for the purpose of the specific study is
unlawful, | |||||||||||||||||||
| 11 | and any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of
| |||||||||||||||||||
| 12 | Part 21 of Article VIII of this Act
is guilty of a Class A | |||||||||||||||||||
| 13 | misdemeanor.
