AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
changing Section 8-2105 as follows:
(735 ILCS 5/8-2105) (from Ch. 110, par. 8-2105)
Sec. 8-2105. Improper disclosure. The disclosure of any any
information, records, reports, statements, notes, memoranda or
other data obtained in any such medical study except that
necessary for the purpose of the specific study is unlawful,
and any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of
Part 21 of Article VIII of this Act is guilty of a Class A
misdemeanor.
