AN ACT concerning children.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Strengthening the Child Welfare Workforce
for Children and Families Act is amended by changing Section 1
as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Strengthening the Child Welfare Workforce for Children and
Families Act.
