AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Tax Shelter Voluntary Compliance Law is
amended by changing Section 35-1 as follows:
(35 ILCS 20/35-1)
Sec. 35-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
the Tax Shelter Voluntary Compliance Law, and references in
this Article to "this Law" mean this Article.
