Bill Title: Amends the Veterans and Servicemembers Court Treatment Act. Provides that each judicial circuit shall report to the General Assembly on or before January 1 of each year: (1) the number of Veterans and Servicemembers Courts established in the circuit; (2) the number of participants each Veterans and Servicemembers Court had during the preceding year; (3) the number of participants who completed the program successfully during the preceding year; and (4) the number of participants who did not complete the program successfully during the preceding year.

Amends the Veterans and Servicemembers Court Treatment Act. AN ACT concerning criminal law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Veterans and Servicemembers Court Treatment
Act is amended by adding Section 40 as follows:
(730 ILCS 167/40 new)
Sec. 40. Reporting requirement. Each judicial circuit
shall report to the General Assembly on or before January 1 of
each year:
(1) the number of Veterans and Servicemembers Courts
established in the circuit;
(2) the number of participants each Veterans and
Servicemembers Court had during the preceding year;
(3) the number of participants who completed the program
successfully during the preceding year; and
(4) the number of participants who did not complete the
program successfully during the preceding year.
