AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Timber Buyers Licensing Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(225 ILCS 735/1) (from Ch. 111, par. 701)
Sec. 1. This Act may be known and and cited as the "Timber
Buyers Licensing Act".
