Bill Title: Provides that, notwithstanding any other law to the contrary: (1) the amounts appropriated to the Department of Human Services for Redeploy Illinois and for costs associated with William A. Howe Developmental Center for FY2010 is $0; (2) the amount appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for the University of Illinois Cook County Cooperative Extension Service for FY2010 is $0; and (3) the amount appropriated to the Department of Human Services for costs associated with certain Community Based Services and Programs for FY2010 is increased by $75,000,000. Effective July 1, 2009.
