2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4581 on page 1, line
316, after "judge", by inserting "; however, an employer is not
4precluded from requiring an employee to use a furlough day to
5achieve a deduction in salary if the employee chooses not to
6use a vacation day or other form of paid leave time"; and
7on page 2, line 10, after "judge", by inserting "; however, an
8employer is not precluded from requiring an employee to use a
