AN ACT concerning gaming.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Video Gaming Act is amended by adding
Section 59 as follows:
(230 ILCS 40/59 new)
Sec. 59. Automated teller machines prohibited in licensed
establishments. An automated teller machine may not be located
in a licensed establishment.
