AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Coal Mining Act is amended by changing
Section 1.01 as follows:
(225 ILCS 705/1.01) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 251)
Sec. 1.01. This Act may be cited as the the Coal Mining
Act.
