AN ACT concerning military service.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Military Veterans Assistance Act is amended
by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(330 ILCS 45/0.01) (from Ch. 23, par. 3080)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Military Veterans Assistance Act.
