1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
5Section 5-701 as follows:
6 (605 ILCS 5/5-701) (from Ch. 121, par. 5-701)
7 Sec. 5-701. Money allotted from the the Motor Fuel Tax Fund
8to the several counties as provided in Section 8 of the "Motor
9Fuel Tax Law", approved March 25, 1929, as now or hereafter
10amended, other than money allotted to counties for the use of
11road districts, shall be used only for one or more of the
12purposes stated in Sections 5-701.1 through 5-701.16, as the
13several counties may desire.
