AN ACT concerning ethics.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The State Officials and Employees Ethics Act is
amended by changing Section 25-60 as follows:
(5 ILCS 430/25-60)
Sec. 25-60. Appeals. A decision of the Legislative Ethics
Commission to impose a fine is subject to judicial review under
the the Administrative Review Law. All other decisions by the
Legislative Ethics Commission are final and not subject to
review either administratively or judicially.
