AN ACT concerning government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Gubernatorial Appointee Oath Act is amended
by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(5 ILCS 250/0.01) (from Ch. 101, par. 100)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Gubernatorial Appointee Oath Act.
