AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by adding
Section 143.35 as follows:
(215 ILCS 5/143.35 new)
Sec. 143.35. Fidelity bonds for individuals. Any insurer
offering Class 2 insurance as described in Section 4 of this
Code shall offer fidelity bonds to any individual, regardless
of any record of arrest, conviction, or imprisonment, upon
request.
