1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by adding
5Section 143.35 as follows:
6 (215 ILCS 5/143.35 new)
7 Sec. 143.35. Fidelity bonds for individuals. Any insurer
8offering Class 2 insurance as described in Section 4 of this
9Code shall offer fidelity bonds to any individual, regardless
10of any record of arrest, conviction, or imprisonment, upon
11request.
