AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Underground Utility Facilities
Damage Prevention Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
follows:
(220 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1601)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act.
