Appropriates $5,500,000 to the State Board of Education for a grant to YouthBuild Illinois. Effective July 1, 2026.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $5,500,000, or so much of that
amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for a grant to
YouthBuild Illinois.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
2026.
