AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
Section 18-245 as follows:
(35 ILCS 200/18-245)
Sec. 18-245. Rules. The The Department shall make and
promulgate reasonable rules relating to the administration of
the purposes and provisions of Sections 18-185 through 18-240
as may be necessary or appropriate.
