AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act
is amended by changing Section 1.1 as follows:
(70 ILCS 2605/1.1) (from Ch. 42, par. 320.1)
Sec. 1.1. This Act may be cited as the the Metropolitan
Water Reclamation District Act.
