AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section
2-3.176 as follows:
(105 ILCS 5/2-3.176)
Sec. 2-3.176. Transfers to Governor's Grant Fund. In
addition to any other transfers that may be provided for by
law, the State Comptroller shall direct and the the State
Treasurer shall transfer from the SBE Federal Agency Services
Fund and the SBE Federal Department of Education Fund into the
Governor's Grant Fund such amounts as may be directed in
writing by the State Board of Education.
