AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department of Transportation Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding
Section 2705-211 as follows:
(20 ILCS 2705/2705-211 new)
Sec. 2705-211. Traffic control signal: Tri-Valley High
School. The Department shall erect traffic control signals at
the entrance to Tri-Valley High School on Illinois Route 150 in
Downs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
