104TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY State of Illinois 2025 and 2026 HB3913 Introduced , by Rep. Robyn Gabel SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Human Rights Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows: General Funds $5,952,300

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $3,681,300, or so much thereof as may
be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
the Human Rights Commission for operational expenses of the
Commission.
Section 10. The sum of $2,271,000, or so much thereof as
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
Fund to the Human Rights Commission for the Illinois Torture
Inquiry and Relief Commission.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
2025.
