AN ACT in relation to budget implementation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
FY2015 Budget Implementation Act.
Section 5. Purpose. It is the purpose of this Act to make
the changes in State programs that are necessary to implement
the Governor's FY2015 budget recommendations.
