AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Condominium Property Act is amended by
changing Section 2.1 as follows:
(765 ILCS 605/2.1) (from Ch. 30, par. 302.1)
Sec. 2.1. Applicability. Unless otherwise expressly
provided in another Section, the the provisions of this Act are
applicable to all condominiums in this State. Any provisions of
a condominium instrument that contains provisions inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act are void as against public
policy and ineffective.
