2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections
510-20.56 and 34-18.49 as follows:

7 Sec. 10-20.56. Use of district funds by school board
8members. School board members may expend school district funds
