AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Street Light District Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(70 ILCS 3305/0.01) (from Ch. 121, par. 354.9)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Street Light District Act.
