Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a fourth violation of provisions prohibiting driving while under the influence of alcohol, other drugs, intoxicating compound or compounds or any combination thereof that results in the death of another person is a Class 1 felony.

AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3522
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3522, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
1, on page 12, by replacing lines 14 through 21 with the
following:
"(i) that a prisoner who is serving a term of
imprisonment for first degree murder or for the offense
of terrorism shall receive no good conduct credit and
shall serve the entire sentence imposed by the court;";
and
on page 16, line 15, by changing "(F)" to "(F) or (L)".
