Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that in an effort to locate an obligor who is delinquent in his or her child support obligation pursuant to an order for support and to enhance enforcement of child support obligations, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, through its Child and Spouse Support Unit, shall publish at regular intervals a list of obligors who are delinquent in their support obligations as determined by the Department together with arrearage information and other identifying information, including, but not limited to, a photograph of the obligor and the obligor's occupation and last known address.

AN ACT concerning child support.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
adding Section 10-16.4a as follows:
(305 ILCS 5/10-16.4a new)
Sec. 10-16.4a. Publication of delinquent obligor list;
Child and Spouse Support Unit. In an effort to locate an
obligor who is delinquent in his or her child support
obligation pursuant to an order for support and to enhance
enforcement of child support obligations, the Department of
Healthcare and Family Services, through its Child and Spouse
Support Unit, shall publish at regular intervals a list of
obligors who are delinquent in their support obligations as
determined by the Department together with arrearage
information and other identifying information, including, but
not limited to, a photograph of the obligor and the obligor's
occupation and last known address.
For purposes of this Section, "arrearage", "delinquency",
"obligor", and "order for support" have the meanings attributed
to those terms in the Income Withholding for Support Act.
