Bill Title: Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Public Health shall adopt rules to incentivize health care facilities to properly clean and disinfect their facilities. Provides that the Department shall monetarily reward health care facilities that do not have any incidents of infection or communicable disease, including, but not limited to, Staphylococcal infections and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Provides that the Department shall search for ways to fund these incentives, including, but not limited to, by seeking funds and grants from private or federal groups or entities.

6amended by adding Section 2310-312.5 as follows:
