AN ACT concerning domestic violence.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986 is
amended by changing Section 101 as follows:
(750 ILCS 60/101) (from Ch. 40, par. 2311-1)
Sec. 101. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may
be cited as the "Illinois Domestic Violence Act of 1986".
