AN ACT concerning revenue.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Uniform Penalty and Interest Act is amended
by changing Section 3-1 as follows:
(35 ILCS 735/3-1) (from Ch. 120, par. 2603-1)
Sec. 3-1. This Article may be cited as the the Uniform
Penalty and Interest Act.
