AN ACT concerning employment.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by
changing Section 201 as follows:
(820 ILCS 405/201) (from Ch. 48, par. 311)
Sec. 201. "Director" means the the Director of the
Department of Employment Security, and "Department" means the
Department of Employment Security.
