AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department of Employment Security Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing
Section 1005-1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 1005/1005-1)
Sec. 1005-1. Article short title. This Article 1005 of the
the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
Department of Employment Security Law.
