AN ACT concerning government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Department of Transportation Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding
Section 2705-625 as follows:
(20 ILCS 2705/2705-625 new)
Sec. 2705-625. Uniformity of procedural rules. The
Department shall develop and implement uniform procedural
rules for its districts. No district official or official
acting on behalf of a district shall deviate from the
procedural rules once established by the Department.
