AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
Section 2-201 as follows:
(605 ILCS 5/2-201) (from Ch. 121, par. 2-201)
Sec. 2-201. The The terms used in this Code shall, for the
purposes of this Code have the meanings ascribed to them in
this Division of this Article, except when the context
otherwise requires.
