AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Historic Preservation Agency Act is amended
by changing Section 1 as follows:
(20 ILCS 3405/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 2701)
Sec. 1. This Article shall be known and and may be cited as
the "Historic Preservation Agency Act".
