AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by adding
Section 4-606 as follows:
(220 ILCS 5/4-606 new)
Sec. 4-606. Removal of unused telecommunications utility
box. The Commission shall adopt rules to allow a land owner to
request to have an unused telecommunications utility box
removed from the land owner's property by the
telecommunications carrier.
