Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code. Authorizes a county to collect administrative fees pursuant to certain provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Authorizes a county to impose administrative fees and procedures for impounding vehicles for specified violations. Effective immediately.
