AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Public Conveyance Notice Act is amended by
adding Section 2 as follows:
(625 ILCS 50/2 new)
Sec. 2. Commuter Rail Division. Notice requirements
provided for by this Act shall also apply to all passenger
conveyances used or operated by the Commuter Rail Division.
