AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by
changing Section 1505 as follows:
(215 ILCS 5/1505)
Sec. 1505. Purpose and scope. This Article governs the the
qualifications and procedures for the licensing of public
adjusters. It specifies the duties of and restrictions on
public adjusters, which include limiting their licensure to
assisting insureds in first party claims.
