AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Health and Hazardous Substances
Registry Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(410 ILCS 525/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 6701)
Sec. 1. This Article shall be known and and may be cited as
the "Illinois Health and Hazardous Substances Registry Act".
