Bill Title: Amends “An Act concerning appropriations", Public Act 101-637. Changes the amount of funds appropriated to the Department of Employment Security for operational expenses, awards, grants and permanent improvements from $276,468,400 to $331,464,400 and for expenses related to a Benefit Information System Redefinition from $4,500,000 to $9,500,000. Effective immediately.
