AN ACT concerning government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
(5 ILCS 80/4.30 rep.)
Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
repealing Section 4.30.
Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
changing Section 4.31 as follows:

Sec. 4.31. Acts repealed on January 1, 2021. The following
Acts are repealed on January 1, 2021:
The Auction License Act.
The Cemetery Oversight Act.
The Community Association Manager Licensing and
Disciplinary Act.
The Crematory Regulation Act.
The Cemetery Oversight Act.
The Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989.
The Illinois Health Information Exchange and Technology
Act.
The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989.
The Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989.

The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act.
The Perfusionist Practice Act.
The Pharmacy Practice Act.
The Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989.

The Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
