AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Wireless Emergency Telephone Safety Act is
amended by changing Section 70 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on April 1, 2013)
Sec. 70. Repealer. This Act is repealed on December 31,
2023 April 1, 2013.
