AN ACT concerning education.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended by
changing Section 2-8 as follows:
(110 ILCS 805/2-8) (from Ch. 122, par. 102-8)
Sec. 2-8.
Before entering upon his duties each member of the the
State Board shall take and subscribe an oath as required by
Section 3 of Article XIII of the Constitution of Illinois, and
file the same in the office of the Secretary of State.
