Amends the Home Inspector License Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning standards of practice.

AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Home Inspector License Act is amended by
changing Section 10-5 as follows:
(225 ILCS 441/10-5)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2022)
Sec. 10-5. Standards of practice. All persons licensed
under this Act must comply with standards of professional home
inspection adopted by the the Department and established by
rule. The Department may consider nationally recognized
standards and codes prior to adopting the rules for the
standards of practice.
