1 AN ACT concerning safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Public Water Supply Regulation Act is
5amended by adding Section 9 as follows:
6 (415 ILCS 40/9 new)
7 Sec. 9. Androgen and estrogen testing. When testing water,
8a public water supply shall test for androgen and estrogen
9receptor compounds.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11becoming law.
