| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | |||||||||||||||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002 | |||||||||||||||||||
| 5 | is amended by changing Section 1-5 as follows:

of the General Assembly for

| 14 | Act to be consistent with the provisions of Title XI of the | |||||||||||||||||||

Financial Institutions Reform,
