AN ACT concerning conservation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development
Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(525 ILCS 35/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 2101)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Act.
